We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, the following information explains your statutory right of withdrawal and the practical return procedure.
Part A: Statutory withdrawal instructions
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wavy24 – Way2Buy GmbH, Kirchweg 128F, 24558 Henstedt-Ulzburg, Germany, email: kontakt@wavy24.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Part B: Practical handling of your return
The following steps help us process your return smoothly and quickly. They are not mandatory for the effective exercise of your statutory right of withdrawal.
Registering your return
Please send a short email with your order number to kontakt@wavy24.de before returning the product. This helps us allocate and process your return more quickly.
Condition of the goods
Please note that the right of withdrawal for our hair-styling devices expires once the hygiene seal on the packaging has been removed after delivery. In that case a return is no longer possible for reasons of health protection. If you use the goods beyond what is necessary for inspection and this results in a loss of value, you may be required to compensate us. Please handle the products carefully and return them in their original packaging.

Important: Carriage-forward or unregistered consignments may significantly delay processing.
Exchange
For logistical reasons, a direct exchange is not possible. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and return the original product to us.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will initiate the refund. This is generally done within ten working days using your original payment method. Your bank may require additional processing time.
